| The MPAY discounted group rate is $199 per night for single/double occupancy, $249 per night for triple occupancy, and $274 per night for quadruple occupancy. Suites may also be available for $349 per night. All rates are subject to state and local taxes currently at 12.45%. |

| Cut off date for discounted rate |
| In order to receive the discounted group rate you must make your reservation before August 1, 2008. Reservations made after this date be on a space availability basis at the hotel's then prevailing rate. |
| Arrival & Departure |
| Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is by 12:00 PM. Guests arriving prior to 4:00 PM will be accommodated as rooms become available. The front desk can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are not available. |
